By downloading, installing, or using Lumi ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Lumi is a personal AI assistant and task management application. It allows you to:
New users receive a 7-day free trial with access to 300,000 AI tokens. During the trial, you can use all features of the app including AI chat, task management, iCloud sync, and smart reminders.
After the trial, you may subscribe to Lumi Pro, a 1-month auto-renewable subscription, to continue using AI chat. Lumi Pro includes:
Subscription pricing is displayed in the app and may vary by region. The current U.S. price is $9.99/month.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
All subscription purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

The AI chat feature generates content based on your inputs using third-party AI models (currently DeepSeek). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. AI responses should not be relied upon for critical decisions without verification. You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on AI-generated suggestions.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The App, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by Wandering Architect and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wandering Architect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or business interruption.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting the App and canceling any active subscriptions through Apple.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
